1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Mufmuf (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms work together with our Privacy Policy.
2. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. What the Service does
Mufmuf provides AI-generated compatibility results and matchmaking features for entertainment. Results are directional and for fun, they are not factual, scientific, clinical, or professional advice, and should not be relied on as such.
4. Your account
When you register, provide accurate information and keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload photos of other people without their permission, or any image you do not have the right to use;
- upload unlawful, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content;
- use the Service to harass, impersonate, or harm others, or to break any law;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content only as needed to operate the Service for you (for example, to generate your compatibility result). We handle and delete your content as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any rights to our trademarks or content except to use the Service as intended.
8. The Service is provided “as is”
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that results are accurate or that the Service will always be available or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mufmuf and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the Service and its users.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws give you additional rights.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. When we make meaningful changes we’ll update the “last updated” date above, and your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.
